We combed through fan forum posts that are almost a decade old, all in the name of finding original update ideas that Minecraft's creator Notch wanted to add to the game but either neither or never got the chance to. And we found 40 of them! So we decided to add them to Minecraft ourselves. There needs to be a Haunted Biom, with like abandoned houses and graveyards where the ghosts and other mobs can spawn.
Taylor Bridgeo well, it's almost there already with abandoned villages. Having them more prone to phantoms would really provide that 'haunted' feel

The best ones are: Cloak and throw able torches. The worst would be: the stalking mob or the torches burning out
the stalking mob wouldnt be too bad it would just be scary but those torches burn out in like 5 seconds

Cloaks would have been super easily abusable tho. Literally just make 10 or however many you want and you could take everything you own pretty much instantly and easily
If torches were to burn out lanterns wont just be useless anymore cuz lanterns would stay lit permanently

The fact that he added the things Notch wanted to add in Minecraft at least for a few minutes just melts my heart bc I'm a emotional person-
They should make dragons but you have to craft their egg with expensive things like netherite, blaze powder, and enderdragon egg. With this it would make the egg spawn anytime you beat the ender dragon. There could be like 3 different versions, like the one I said already. All having to be crafted then fertilized in a some sort of incubator which could just be near a warm block camp fire, or lava. Then they had 3 or 4 stages of growing up baby, teen, then costing experience 30^ adult 45^ tamed, 60^ experienced fighter, able to let u fight using the dragon. Dragons would feature storage of 5 slots to put shulkers, and can be upgrade with different dragon armor. Hell with all this make a end update with more, pwease :(

That may be the most obvious comment I have ever seen
They are like statues that are alive if you turn your back on them they will move and are so fast that they will kill you. If it was in Minecraft I would actually delete no matter how many years I have played the game
Imagine the wet sand in a manhunt just makes a bridge that disappears
Make a bridge that has a big gap in it and fill the gap with wet sand, then while the hunters think they can easily cross it, block trap them and they won't be able to react to the falling in time (in the nether also)

I feel like torches burning out would be a perfect challenge for “Hardcore Mode” because of how easy it is!
No, keep it in RLCraft. That will be absolute nightmare. Especially when the dark room also spawn baby zombois and spiders
I don't have Hardcore Mode but yes I want them for normal modes too
@@raidarthegunwizard4520 In rlcraft you have ability to make perma torches too but you need glowstone powder(combining bucket of water some clay and glowstone dust then put glowstone powder in place of coal and you have 4 perma torches)

Samantha Taylor Nah no really, I mean hardcore mode is nothing more than survival, but you only have one life, what I want is for hardcore to literally be the most difficult challenge yet, everything is Out to get you, I want hostile mobs to Not despawn Or burn in sunlight, I also want the torch to burn out, and I when you get hit by a zombie it would take twice the number of hearts that you would normally loose in survival mode.
I think the obsidian thing would have been more for floating blocks or groups of blocks not attached to the ground. They would remain connected to whatever they were touching, not rather than act like sand (thus, in the example you showed you would have had to mine all the obsidian for them to drop, then they'd all drop at once).

I think a lot of these features would be amazing. The land claiming mechanic would be great feature for the beacon to have. You just place a beacon down and it kills any mobs that come within it's radius and allows the person who placed it to choose who can build there. The crafting recipe would remain the same as the arduous process of acquiring it would prevent it from being too op. The stalking mob could look like a floating eyeball based on the nether eyes from mine blocks.
Notch: says he wants all blocks to be affected by gravity.

Ender Dragon (Exists)
Red Dragon (Doesnt exist) (spawns in nether)

I do remember Ghasts popping out of a big Nether portal I built. Tbf, the other side was right next to a group of Ghasts, and both portals were big enough for em to fit thru. But not sure if it's a vanilla thing or one of the mods I installed.

Ok i got ideas for the shark mod. Normal sharks would spawned rarely but it would still have a high Chance. Hammerhead and great white shark would be rare. You could tame them if you feed them fish AND they would help you beat drawn.

If sharks were to come into the game, they would have a similar mechanic as the enderman, if you attack a shark it attacks you
How about a mimetic stalker. Imagine that... all of sudden a "pig" starts to anormaly walk towards you and when you look at him he stops and start acting like a real pig, then since he touches you he turn into his real scary form and starts to atack you.

I wish that they would / should definitely add:
The seasons- because it would make playing interesting on survival mode
The liquid slime- which would be cool to use in potions
Fire Creepers- In the Nether
The Goblins- But non-hostile mobs and with the ability to trade rare items or can give you quests to complete with rewards!
Uploading/Downloading Builds- More playability with builds and it makes creating much larger builds for maps easier
Holding Torches with Light- Useful and good to have
tiana rpirini actually I think it’d be a good idea to be able to trade a villager a diamond (1) for a building block and it’d let you upload a building with only 55 blocks or under
