    Hi Dears, I found your videos today and my God! You're amazing!!! I just followed 3 of your videos and my neck pain is gone. I'm happy to find movements here that I always did by instinct. I teach yoga and I often think to introduce different movements that are not necessary Asanas to then leave it cause I "worry'" of students judjments about the practice. So this is such blissful teaching and gives me more trust in myself and what we might see as "simple" movements. Thank you so much Franklin :)

    The woman in green (besides looking very warm in her turtle neck!) is using a lot more hips and legs than Eric who says to use as much of the upper body as possible. I suppose both are valid, and Its great this content is free, but, its a little confusing to the contradictory example...
