Had the worst morning today. I was stranded in a place in the middle of nowhere while feeling so much emptiness and sadness. A phenomenal human named Jo found me while walking her dog, she kindly invited me into her family home. I was hungover from the night before, she gave me something to drink, let me sit with her children-- which meant the whole world as I miss my son deeply- lost custody of him last year. She asked me if I wanted come along to church with her family. I said yes, even though I’m not a Christian. I was just so grateful to her. I felt the warmth of the welcome and the presence of God at the church. We sang lots of songs, I was moved by this one in particular. Jo drove me to the train station and I’m sat here listening to the song, over and over. God is good.
@@Francis-ne1cu listen to "This is amazing grace" Phil Wickham version, after listen to the Bethel Jeremy, you will "see" the difference between praise and worship (adoration), praise a lot of people are able to do, cause it is because God do something for them. Worship (adoration) is not about what God did, or can do in the future for us is all about He is, only because of this and nothing more matter, if He doesn't do what we are waiting, needing or wanting still he is worth to be adored. Praise is after the seas are open, worship (adoration) is before or even He doesn't open it
I agree I love this brother sincerely in Christ. Him, Steffany and Amanda among many others of course have encouraged me for many years now and I will be eternally grateful for their obedient offerings of worship for our edification. Be blessed always
