Thanks again for the video, loving the ease of use running some parts of the backing tracks but trying to figure out why my tracks sound distorted when playing through a PA sound system. I have used just headphone jack out of the laptop and an audio interface but still gives me the distorted sound. Tracks work fine in Ableton and iTunes and are well balanced. Do you have any ideas of what could be the problem?

I tried downloading the app but it looks nothing like what you are using in this video. I can't even find the add song button. What am I doing wrong? It downloaded it right for the App Store
we need keyboard short cuts- I play bass and run the track, I can't always use the mouse pad during live music.
Thanks for the video! I'm having a problem with arrangements. I've added a chorus to the end of Way Maker. When I add Midi cues it changes both choruses which disrupts the flow. For example, I want the lyrics to go away on the last chorus and transition to the next song. The problem is the lyrics disappear in my first chorus. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hey Ricky, We are working on a solution to this. Unfortunately for the time being, adding cues to one chorus section will do the same for all the others in the track. Sorry for the trouble!!

Sorry for all the questions but is there a way to eliminate part of a section, for instance the bridge section plays the bridge twice but we only want to go once, or halfway through the bridge and then on to the next section
Right now there is not. You can only delete full sections.
Looking at this app to add backing tracks to my live band. Our drummer isn’t used to playing to a click so I was wondering if I could tap tempo via a midi controller to auto tempo the backing tracks in real time?
Although there isn't a tap tempo function, you could map a midi controller to the tempo up and down buttons in Prime and control the tempo this way!
can you use just a click by itself, in other words not in a song that you download, we do some hymns which are not in the loop library and would like to use a click with those
Yes you can! In the Prime App, click Add Song and then Add Click Track. This will allow you to create a click.
I need help lol
I’m using the cable to split the signal from the aux to left/righ into 2 di boxes to only send stems to FOH and clicks to ears…..both are mono, how can we send the stems to stereo so we can get the best sound possibly on the stems?
For this you'd need an audio output device with more than two outputs. This will allow you to send the tracks in stereo with two of the outputs, then you can have another channel still sending the click and cues separately. Hope this helps!
Is there a way to save arrangements created on prime? For example, one song we have multiple instruments turned off, the remaining instruments at various volumes, and we took out a chorus. How could we save that so we don’t have to do duplicate work every time we do a new set list?

I'm trying to find certain spanish songs , but the site saids that they don't have the tracks. Does prime work if I use tracks by multitracks or other platforms?

I'm thinking about giving Prime a try, but I tried to upload only 1 ZIP file containing tracks and it says I don't have enough storage... I haven't uploaded anything yet so I'm confused why I wouldn't have enough storage. Thanks!

I am trying to change the order of a song in a set list. When I try to drag it in my iPad the entire list just moves up or down without the song moving in the set list. I know I am doing something wrong, can you help?

You can click under the red click fader where it says ON and it will turn it OFF.
Amazing app, thank you for making it. I can't find a solution of using multiple tempos in one song. Is there any option to upload song with multiple tempos, or change the tempo inside the song section ? Let say verse is 100 and chorus 120 ?
Unfortunately, the app isn't capable of recognizing such changes mid song like you've mentioned. You will need to create your own custom click and cues files if you want to use such tracks in Prime. Sorry for the inconvenience!
How do you change the time signature to 6/8 time
When adding a click track, you can select the correct time signature amongst a variety of options in the app!
Is available for Android ?
Not at this time, but hopefully we can provide this option in the future!

We specialize in contemporary christian music, although we do have a small selection of secular tracks. You can search the site by title to see if we have any you're looking for!
How do I remove a song from a set list?
Either swipe left on the song if using iOS or click the three dots over the BPM then select Remove from this Setlist!
Is there something similar on Androird??
Unfortunately Prime is only available for iOS / Mac devices. If you don't have any, we recommend looking into used iPads they can usually be very cost effective!
Does the tracks come with chords
Hey Stanton, tracks don't come with the chord charts, but you can get them on songselect.com!
How much are the tracks?
It ranges depending on the track type (master, premium, community) and format! Check out the Loop site for more details on pricing.
Do you have any plans for us Android users?
At the moment we don't have immediate plans, however this is something that our team is discussing. If you don't have an Apple device, we recommend checking out used / refurbished iPads. They can be about $150. It just needs to run iOS 11 or higher.

I am surprised that you are using a Google platform in CZcams to pedal this app that is only available for iOS Apple users. I have just started out trying to play guitar for our church band and I am majorly disadvantaged by not being able to get to this software on my Android devices so much so that I may give up and not bother.

Please make this for android and pc, it's annoying having to carry an extra apple device

Would be nice if this app would go back to the previous look and functionality. I cannot stand this new look. It was so much easier to use before.
