You put one leg out, you’re in the “Goldilocks Zone,” and the temperature’s just right, but then the demons remind you they’re there.
Getting hot and cold back and forth and then just getting hot and cold at the same time is totally what happens to me all the time.
Best advice: Sleep with your arms out above your blankets to regulate your body temperature; That and your lower body can stay covered and you can pull your arms whenever you get cold!
You could also wear a lightweight jacket...
During the Winter or cold nights; Use a Comfy! (It's an oversized hooded blanket)

Fully covered = cold
Double covers = cold
Barely covered = somehow extremely warm
The ultimate issue here isn’t with the blanket, but the room temperature. Either raise it so you don’t need a blanket, or drop it further so you don’t overheat with said blanket.
Yup! I like my room to be nice and cool so if I wanna get under the covers I'll be cozy!

Kicking and punching the blanket because you're too lazy to get up and rotate it is damn accurate
Step 1, identify the designated top right corner.
Step 2, lock bottom right corner between toes of left and right foot.
Step 3, roll to the left and enjoy the cocoon.

From what I understand, we lose body heat the easier from hour hands and feet (and not our heads.) That's why having both feet out can make you feel cold. Most of your body heat is leaving you. Also explains why having one foot out might help as well.

This is why I have at least three pillows. One is for my head, the second is to prevent dusts from coming in my bed (I sleep near a closet built in a wall and it's old so...) and the third is for my feet just in case they feel hot from my blanket, I can rest my feet on the cool pillow while under the blanket.
