Homemade ice cream with 2 ingredients.
Ingredients and preparation:
0:00 Chocolate (120g).
0:17 whipping cream 33% (100ml).
0:22 Reheat in the microwave or bain-marie.
0:57 whipping cream 33% (100ml).
1:20 whipping cream 33% (200ml).
1:55 Chill in the fridge.
2:16 Beat until thick.
2:42 form size 12x20 cm.
3:03 2 hours in the freezer.

I use coconut cream with many thing also the Barista oats milk works perfect as a substitute of dairy cream I use it for my chocolate ganaches

I just wanted to say thank you for all your healthy desserts that you’ve shared w me. And on this recipe, if I don’t have chocolate 🍫 could I use cocoa instead?😃🍨🍦
Don't use cocoa powder. It needs the creamy texture of the chocolate. If you replace the chocolate with powder you better mix first the cocoa with some fat (butter) and make an emulsion. Other wise you will get powdery texture in the ice-cream

Me parece una buena receta, pero ¿ Está suficientemente dulce solo con el azúcar que lleve el chocolate, no es mucha nata para tan poco dulzor? Creo que sabrá poco dulce y más siendo un helado, porque como sabrás las cosas frías hay que endulzar las un poco más.
Depende si a uno le gustan las cosas dulces yo uso chocolate de 70% que es amargo y me encanta sin azúcar
