Called 995 once. Heard a loud thud outside my house, went and checked. That is when I saw my elderly neighbour just fell down a flight of stairs and hit her head against a metal fuse box. Blood was dripping down on her head.
I called 999 once too after hearing glass breaking and shouting at my neighbor's house. After I made the call, my neighbor's teen kid rushed out of her house crying. Really glad I called the police. Offered my home as a refuge for her till the police came.

A portion of this rap appears as an ad on Spotify and for the longest time I've been trying to figure out what is said at the end of this sentence, "...and as a last resort call 1777 [what sounded to me like 'adopy']". I was like, "Wtf is 'adopy''? Is she trying to say 'add a P'?!" Finally, I've seen the video and read the subtitles and realised that she actually says "at a fee"! Hello, enunciation?!
In any case, I believe that "at a fee" is grammatically incorrect. When you say "at a fee" you need to indicate the rate, so the sentence needs to say "call 1777 at a fee of X amount". A more grammatically correct way is to say "call 1777 FOR a fee". /English snob
