  • Do you find yourself procrastinating? Pushing tasks off until they start piling up and causing more stress and overwhelm later? Maybe you keep pushing it off or making excuses because you are “too busy” or “don’t have time” or maybe you feel like you just need to work on it some more because it’s not how you’d like it. There are times for refinement, of course, but if you are anything like me, perfectionism is also just another form of procrastination.
    There is hope though! :) Today we are going to run through five steps I use to help me get out of that procrastination funk and start getting things done and now you can, too!
