    I've been doing several of you facial exercises off and on for several years, after I was diagnosed with Ataxia in 2020.
    I'm still not speaking well but I can tell it helps. Sometimes I get tired and take a break.
    Thank you so much for being here for us who need you. My insurance doesn't pay everything for me to have these exercises .

    Two months complete my lips no improvement help me i cant able to blow air

    I am using my diaphragm when breathing. I just can't get my voice out without coughing. It sometimes sounds like trying to start a car.

      @@SpeechSecrets no one knows what the problem is. I've had every test there is for my voice. Drs say good news, I'm thinking what's wrong and they say everything looks good. My tests come back fine. Im thinking that piece but by my left vocal chord should be removed. Did I tell you about that?
