his ulti deals 32k damage and recyles instantly if it hits to anything like thats not enough he moves faster than Max and doesnt loses level after dying what a fun brawler to fight against if you cant win battle before he reaches level 3 (which is really hard thanks to his gadgets which makes getting to level 3 far more easier) you lose no matter how skilled you are and dont forget he has teammates aint no way draco is better than clancy
