1 tablespoon of gelatin powder

2 mangoes
2 packets of mango jelly powder
For the last layer, I added a mixture of half of mango iodine and a few spoons of milk to the cooled jelly. You can remove this part and the next layer of jelly will be empty, which will remain transparent and it will be beautiful.

♦️ To make the texture of your cheesecake perfect, crush the petit pour biscuit completely. For this, it is better to use a food processor.
♦️ Use a belt mold to prepare cheese cake, this mold is in such a way that the sides and bottom can be separated and you will easily remove the cheese cake from the mold.
♦️ Before serving, put the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set and harden. You can store refrigerated cheesecake in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The cheesecake should not stay at room temperature for more than 4 hours and should always be kept in the refrigerator.
