That burger was not it.
I had the worst burger I've ever had at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The burger tasted like a frozen box burger with loads of fillers. I think that a lot of touristy places use frozen burger patties, they're cheap, you can keep them in the freezer for weeks and they will sell.@@ParkersOnTheGo

Ive never been on a cruise and so far the main thing ive seen people preach is to either set realistic expectations. Its cheap so of course its not going to be top tier everything. I will say though, seems everyone had fun one way or another

Thanks for the review. I think I will stick to the mainstream cruise lines. But I do have offers for free cruises on all of them so may try it out one day. My best offers are on Carnival though. Free cruise with free drinks on entire ship and free play.

I enjoyed the video mates! Very detailed on your boarding experience and food areas. I have visited over10 different Margaritaville/Landshark locations in the Caribbean and the USA, so I have seen and eaten some tasty Cheeseburger in Paradise burgers that were made exactly like the song says it should! The Cheeseburger in Paradise you were served doesn't even look right! High School cafeteria cheeseburger was the perfect response! Lol! I recently posted a YT video of the Margaritaville at Sea sailing out of Port Palm Beach that I recorded. I realized even with the nice Margaritaville artwork on the bow and hull of the ship, the ship design looks very "old" as it sailed past me while I stood on the jetty. I'm sort of surprised that a newer ship wasn't found & purchased from another cruise line, especially with all the ships that came available after the pandemic. I've taken 16 cruises on MSC, Carnival and RCCL over the last 8 years so I think a cruise on this ship would be a huge disappointment. The feedback I get from friends who have sailed on Margaritaville at Sea is to take a pass on it unless it is your very first cruise.
Thank you for your feedback and response. Unfortunately for a first cheeseburger-in-paradise experience, this was very much lacking. We definitely wouldn't try it again. Unless on land. And yes, the ship is showing its age. The entertainment was amazing but there is alot left to be desired for the ship.

There's really no reason to book Margaritaville, Royal and Carnival both offer 10-15+yr old ships that are bigger, more features, better luxuries all while being just as cheap.
We definitely wouldn't recommend for a certain crowd.

Hey Amanda! Thanks for watching. My first thought is free cruise is a free cruise. And honestly, if you want the experience of what it's like to be on a ship. The best way to do it is for free. You do not have to buy into all of the upgrades to do so. My advice take the cruise, understanding that this is a 30 year old ship and you will not get some of the bells and whistles as other cruise lines. And just have fun. If something is not right, let the crew know. And try to enjoy your trip. Feel free to Message me of you have any questions.

I'm sure to some it did. We also have to remember it's a budget cruise line so things are not going to look as pleasant as a mega cruise line. It's good to keep an open mind
The buffet looked really bad. I’m a vegetarian and I would have ended up with white rice and vegetables. That’s not enough of a selection and the non vegetarian food looked like slop. They need to do better with the food.
That was my concern when showing the food. I was concerned about how inclusive the menu would be. That's why I wanted to be thorough with the food review.

Too critical of the food. And, royal Caribbean has basically the same kind of food for a lot more money.
It’s ok to have high standards, but this cruise is a short 2 1/2 day out and back. We paid 89.00 each on a special. You get what you pay for, but to say the food is lunchroom quality is a little harsh.
I think we did a very thorough review of the food. We gave it a 6 out of 10 which is above average. But, a bad burger is a bad burger. Also, we did state that we have had worse food on carnival. So please try to listen to the whole review. We know what we paid for. We understood what we got. And every is entitled to their own opinions. This was ours. Have a great day and thanks for watching 😊
