Ya no se puede comprar una propiedad cerca del mar ,POR EL EFECTO CLIMÁTICO MUNDIAL ,cada año que pasa el mar se introduce más adentro los glaciales se están derritiendo y eso sube más el nivel del mar ,,lo mejor conservar una distancia de 2 kms a la playa .✌️

Yes I can absolutely agree that this house would not be the best option for folks who want to be in Daytona Beach in a Margaritaville! Funny enough, my grandparents lived there for a while during my childhood so I was somewhat familiar with that area. Some people like absolutely different things!
@@CostaRicaMatt Great reply Matt. I was at the beach in Fort Lauderdale last weekend. It was windy, the water was cold and full of jelly fish and sometimes you see seaweed all over. And the landscape in the background was not green, just buildings. You cannot compare Costa Rica with Florida sorry hahaha

Well, without just completely casting doubt on this in the first place, I'd make two points. In Florida and California I would bet that friendly coastal development laws means that there are vastly higher numbers of titled beachfront properties available than in Costa Rica. I'm sure that before making this comment you understood that it's extremely rare to see a home on beachfront property here, let alone *titled* property, due to the way the CR government has strictly controlled beachfront development.
That strict control has created places like this, where you'd be amazed to drive only an hour or so to an international airport, or to use fiber optic internet, but to live on a beach where you're never bothered by tourists. Costa Rica's idyllic beaches are special because they don't allow huge development right on them... and that also creates solid prices for anything that has this special status.
NEXT, I would actually love to see a home in either Florida or California,

First you said California or Florida. I offered the chance to show a listing to prove your point… now you’re saying that in Central America you could find something better… can you send a listing? And if it’s from a country where security is a huge concern, then once again you’re trying to compare apples and oranges.
@@jorgericky you are correct. Go to Nicaragua or El Salvador but you get what you paid for. 🤣 or show me a beach front price in Panama for less than a million.
