Clinical History:
Around 30 years old female patient came with:
- Polymenorrhoea
- Abdominal pain
Ultrasound Findings:
- Bulky uterus
- Large heterogeneous mass occupies the uterine body
- Empty urinary bladder with a catheter in situ
** Search for the pseudocapsule to differentiate it from adenomyosis
