- Sweden has just 37 roller coasters, but several of them are extremely popular. In this video, I rank the country's top 10 roller coasters. This video will include rides from Liseberg, Grona Lund, Kolmarden Zoo, and Skara Sommarland.

People said it wasn’t possible to fit a woodie in grona lund
Grona Lund: *causally puts in twister*
People also said it would be impossible to put a B&M there. B&M included.
I'm gonna go to Gröna Lund and Kolmården for the first time this summer and I'm so pumped. I'll finally get my first credits outside my home country. Very small thing for most enthusiasts but as a guy who never got to travel much as a kid I'm super excited to hopefully be able to travel more soon
Enjoy!
Great video! Sweden definitely has a great top 10 coaster collection!
Thanks!
@@CanobieCoaster You're very welcome!
I appreciate that you try to pronounce Liseberg the correct way!
Here are tips for the other pronounciations:
For Gröna Lund, think of the Ö kind of as the E in "her". The U-sound doesn't really exict in English words, but is the same as in German words such as Wunderbaum.
For Kolmården, both the O and Å are pronounced the same way and sounds similar to the A in "wall".
Thanks for the pronunciation tips!
Neat rides. Look fun.❤❤❤❤❤❤
They are!
Sweden genuinely beats UK imo
One if the wildest hot takes I've ever heard
@@HugeRMCFanBoY-bx3od I truly stand by it even as a Brit
A certain Mack hyper might have something to say about that.
@@just-dashin FR lol
I mean 37 coasters in sweden compared to 211 coasters in the uk is a bit one sided tho
Great Countdown!
I think the top 3 are sharp. I wish I could visit all the Scandinavian countries. In 2nd grade, we had a 2-week session where we learned about Sweeden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Finland. It was cool. We made all the flags out of construction paper and had potato soup.
I wish we could have just went on a one day field trip to Liseberg instead (although, I'd probably be too short to ride the good stuff)
They are great countries even beyond the coasters.
I guess "Liseberry" is the Swedish pronounciation? Never knew that. Good video!
Yes it is.
Good stuff! A country still on my bucket list. But just guessing, I'd be surprised if my Swedish top two would be in that order and not the reverse.
I think most enthusiasts prefer Wildfire, but I prefer the diversity of Helix.
@@CanobieCoaster Helix is a beating, love it
Moral of the Story for me is that Liseberg looks like a bucket List Park!
It's one of the best pure amusement parks out there.
So what is your top 50 roller coasters in Scandinavia countries?
I have a lot of coasters from there in my top 100.
Watching some of this footage it seems like there are some crazy flat rides in Sweden
Yes there are.
Its a bucketlist coaster country
As it should.
Did you ever come off something in Sweden with a headache? What do you think?
Not that I can recall.
Would you like to go to Sweden again? What do you think?
Yes, love the country.
Did you ever come off something in Sweden disappointed? What do you think?
Yes, Mechanica.
We've been tricked. A lot of us were probably expecting a countdown of your favorite Cedar Fair roller coasters after watching your Six Flags countdown. Will there be one in the future?
Yes
And what was the worst ride you've experienced in Sweden? What do you think?
Tuff Tuff Taget. It's a boring coaster for adults.
Did anyone notice him prounncing liseberg wrong
That’s how you just pronounce it in Sweden
It's the Swedish pronunciation.
I’ve never heard someone pronounce liseberg like liseberry😂
That's about how I heard the park staff say it.
@@CanobieCoaster Yeah, I just watched a video on Swedish pronunciation of consonant clusters and it even included the park's name. I think the challenge for us Americans is to shorten the y sound, so it's not as long as it is when we say the word "berry." It's halfway between the consonant sound (like the pronunciation of y in yo!) and the vowel sound (like the y in berry).
Liseberry?
That’s how you pronounce in Sweden
@@coastercult4142 wow that's weird, and that's coming from a non-native English speaker.
@@DaanBruins it’s true though
@@coastercult4142 ok
It's the Swedish pronunciation.
Its getting to the point where i dont trust Schwarzkopf coasters anymote. They keep having derailments and they always seem to be fatal or cause serious injury. I do hope that it is saved though. Im guessing the fiolemt turns caused wear on one side of the car just like on the others.
I hope parks can find a way to keep them operating safely.
Do you know Swedish? What do you think?
No
SWEDEN
Yes
No offense to Sweden it is a beautiful country full of wonderful people. But my home state of FL, which is 1 of 50, has a better top ten. Would love to ride Helix. Looks like a world-class coaster.
Florida has a better lineup than most countries.
as a swede i think florida is the place i would wanna go to the most to ride rollercoasters
