In this video I'll show you Very Strong Heavy Attack Build for Arcanist.
This setup is designed for both PvE and PvP to enjoy doing daily stuff.
Do you like solo gaming both in PvE and PvP? Or maybe you want to farm specific gear from, lets say: Dragon Star Arena, Vateshran Hollows or any other Dungeon? Maybe you just like to kill World Bosses or Fight other players in PvP - This build is crafted for you!
Easy setup for any non vet content and if you really good you can do some vet stuff too!
BUILD NOTE
For group content such as daily dungeons you can use this build to queue as tank ( you will get job done faster ) dps always wait wayyy longer in queue.
For pve tank change ony those two skills on your bar:
"Arterial Burst" change to "Runic Sunder" ( taunt - keep the boss on you )
"Sanctum of the Abyssal Sea" change to "Gibbering Shelter" ( group shield )
Keep your heavy attacks upon the enemy as your main spammable, use "Arterial Burst" to apply Hemorrhaging status effect and also use it as execute. When your health will drop below 50% "Arterial Burst" is always 100% crit. when you have little below 50% hp use shield "Impervious Runeward", Arterial Burst and Heavy Attack. Heal asap if your health is dropping below 30%.

Hello @akalias7833! Thanks! This Hair style is from Ragebound Crown Crates, which are not available ATM. Hair style its called "Topknot Cascade" cost 40 gem stones or 2000 Endeavors. I just used my Endeavors to get it. Cheers!
