Just makes me incredibly happy that the kids are alright, rock n roll is back, the kids are showing their blatant disgust for autotune, prerecorded beats, songs written for supermodels to make money for some moguls money making formula there are 2 huge cassette/download/youtube labels 1 out of Australia putting out cassettes almost daily the last 2 yrs a bit slower before that, the other label is bands from everywhere, USA, Holland,Uk,Ukraine, russia, everywhere all great bands ,seriously great punk, new wave,hardcore, its amazing. Search GeeTees they will lead you to the mountain

for being just a one song clip, i was initially underwhelmed by a three(2.5) chord arrangement, but something in the improvisations later did grab me.
will have to explore more. that's why we come here. kexp has their ear to the ground.

Fuckin EXACTLY what all my comments have said, finally THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT! Theyre done with autotune, prerecorded beats, studio bands ,songs written for supermodels to sing for some moguls financial formula. Money,sometimes is a reaction from art it should bever be the driving force. Early college radii hip hop when all rock was hairbands was my friends and my punk rock. Hip hop wasnt played on mainstream radio and when it finally was lol it was mc hammer and vanilla ice and we watched in horror in the halls of school at the kids who had been making fun of us the past year or 2 for listening to BDP, Marley Mal, big daddy kane,eric b & rakim, jungle bros, nice n smooth, biz markie r.i.p., and these idiots were running up to us saying oh man we get it, you loved this music way b4 us and i just looked at them and said ice never listened to whatever it is you're listening to now, i never would, i dont even know what type of noise that is...of course they didnt get it,they never do. Well, they have a long way to go to play side by side with THE WARNING! Margheritas Porditas need to go back to thier garage and practice for a long time! I tried to listen to them, but thier sound is repetitive, boring, and this girl can not sing! Nothing about the music grabs me! Has that post apocalyptic dead grunge metal vibe! No thanks!
@@russpendergraft5057 the Warning it's a band full of rock comercial, i listen to them too, but rock it sin necesary need to be that "perfect" and margaritas podridas are the definitivo of it, a punk, grunge pure rock something that the Warning doesn't have that much

It's like you've carpooled your way to your rehearsal space, while hearing 'Nero's Rome - We Play Girlfriends' on the car stereo and then trying to recreate what you just heard. And then morphing into genuine noise when you don't know how to finish it. Absolutely love it!

You know when I first started playing bass, a long time ago, and didn't really know anything, I tried to learn a tune from Mastodon. The tuning was C standard or drop, don't remember exactly anymore, but regardless, my clueless dumbass thought I was supposed to tune it higher. I don't know how I managed to make the rest of the strings survive that torture, but I snapped the G string in the process of trying to tune it higher lol. Almost got a heart attack too.
