It's sad that the mother has no choice in giving them up, you can tell she LOVES them with all her heart and soul... She chose them over her own grief of letting them go... Hopefully she will be able to see them some day and at least ensure to them how much she does care..

For all of you who are dumping on the mom, do you even know what life is like in Guatemala? A lot of people there don't even have running water or electricity. The economy sucks. Most people earn less than five dollars a day. How are you going to provide complex medical care for two kids in that situation? What if she doesn't have a wheelchair adaptable van to get them to doctor and therapy appointments? What if the buses there don't have wheelchair lifts? It probably tore her heart into pieces to leave those boys. I pray that she is living close enough to the care center so that she can visit regularly. I'll bet she cries every night, hoping that she did the right thing for them.

      I. The beginning of the vlog all she could talk about was how hard it was for her ! Not once did she mention how hard it’s been for them ! She’s only cares about herself and saw an “ out” and took it. She’s disgusting!!!! You only wanna think what you said when clearly she only cared about herself! Re watch it and see for your self before you go hating on me ! I would NEVER EVER leave my twins and would sleep in the street if I had to !

Yeah specially as the boys now have brain damage and likely will be in wheelchair, how will a poor woman be able to take care two disabled boys with brain damage and in wheelchair, doubt where she lives that it's even accessible for wheelchairs, people are ridiculous. The boys would be stuck in home, not able to get any therapy and likely die.

Just make sure it's the streets in Guatemala where you sleep. Streets filled with shacks, sewage in the alleys, no food, no money, and trying to keep the dressings sterile simultaneously.
By the way, they went back home to Guatemala 2 weeks ago.
Your LACK of compassion is beyond reason.

@@CharGC123Prayer is not a distress signal. It is a thank you note. We apologize for our sins, pray for Him to guide others, to guide us, and we thank our Lord for everything we have and everything we are. Or, you could just vibe along with Him, like meditate or something and just feel God's heart. That is what prayer is for. To be with God, spiritually of course. We don't know why God won't prevent these bad things from happening, but what I do know, is that we shouldn't ask in the first place. We already could have been immune to harm, immortal... But we disobeyed God, and still do so even to this day. Because of that, God quite literally invented death, and pain, just to make us pay for our crimes. He gave us the world, and he took it back. But he isn't heartless. You will never see it, and you will never hear it, but I am almost certain, that when we cry, God mourns. We may drive to work or school today, and never come home, but we are never alone. We are in this together, not just your family, friends, nor all the strangers and creatures around the world, I mean *All of us.*
Fortunately, even through all this, we can still give, like God gave to us. He gave us love, he gave us his son, and basically himself. The very least we can do, is give him our trust.

@@CharGC123Becuase God has given us free will to make good or bad decisions. In the beginning of time , the first humans made a bad decision by deciding to disobey God (which is a sin), which caused sin to corrupt the world allowing for the introduction of sickness, disease , death , and these kinds of horrible things to happen. May my God reveal his truth unto you in order for you to be saved and not perish , but have eternal life . In Jesus name I pray, amen.

Oh come on, the free will crap? I was raised as a Christian and even as a kid all those ridiculous platitudes sounded like BS. The "holiest" church goers were cheating lying hypocrites hiding behind religion, celibate priests were raping altar boys... because they had free will??? Great. After all my prayers and faith, my son still died a horrible death, as so many do, so what's the point of the "supreme being"??? Fact is, man created God in his image since the dawn of time to help him deal with fears of the unknown and all things he couldn't comprehend, and the story kept evolving to suit it's proponents. Depending on where you are born and who you are born to, you'll get a different set of brainwashing. You might as well believe in Santa and the tooth fairy... there is no big supernatural guy in the sky, it's a fabricated myth like all the others. Believe whatever you need to, just don't preach the fantasy dogma to others who left the cult because they have the ability to think and reason.

That was amazing on all kinds of levels - first for the technical competence of the medical team. Those brain drawings were incredible from the doctor. It weirdly made me think of my kind of very complex legal work - all kinds of elements you have to juggle to get it right. Then there are the moral issues - the fact they may have died without surgery left few choices and they were joined in such a cruel way by the head - although had they been able to live joined perhaps to give them both brain damage for life (IF that is so) may not be worth the separation had they been able to live joined - I certainly had very complex thoughts watching them at the end. The moral issue of whether the immense cost and resources is worth it for those 2 when in a few minutes a mother could conceive another child. The skills science and the doctors gain of course may be able to be used again and again. Anyway good luck to everyone involved...
