Please consider covering your Tomatoes (and other plants that can't handle the direct sun) with a 40% shade cloth (or similar) from a height about equal to the maximum that they would be allowed to grow or a little higher. They do much better when they are not in direct sunlight. It might sound odd, but excess sun will make them grow slower and often cause wilting and leaf bleaching too. As an experiment, you could also try shading a small section to see if it really helps. Since the cloth might block rain, you might need to adjust water.

Its From the Chemtrails... They change the Kelvins up to 11k when cloudy so you are not getting the reds/blues 3-5Kelvins of spectrum
