- Shemar Morrow is a 6'2 sixth grader who is routinely dunking the ball. Morrow plays for P Miller Ballers who is run and coached by Master P. The 6th grader from Ohio scored 53 points in a single game last night. Needless to say the future is bright for Shemar Morrow.

I'll personally vouch for this kid who's a good friend of my son's and also an honor roll student. Was not PURPOSELY held back in the 6th grade. Has played 1 year in each grade since 3rd grade. I didn't know him before them. Just turned 13 a little over a month ago. And is one of the most humble and hardest working young men you will ever see. He also plays up locally and routinely gives high school defenders problems as well. Get em Shemar!!!
You vouch for him?? Did you see Morrow on Last Chance U? He's a total mess. I feel really sorry for him and they way he's living. Just goes to show...you can't scout kids in the 6th grade with much success.

The NBA started in 1946 and if you watch any basketball from that period or earlier, you'll see the set shot (some of them shot two handed set shots), hook shots, and lots of running shots - AND two handed, underhand foul shots.

a six graders body can't function or move around as much as his and it's obvious that he's way older then 6th graders just because a six graders body can't develop that quickly. He's pretty good but in college he's gonna be beat down pretty fast by some of the guys who havnt failed.

Since it was being done for academic reasons I can understand that. Some kids just don't learn at the same pace as others and sometimes kids are probably sent to school a bit too soon before they are actually ready.

According to some posts, he is as old as 15. You can tell by his physique and movements (my son plays AAU basketball and only the, er uh, reclassified kids can move with this type of maturity.
My only issue is WHY FRONT and make a HIGHLIGHT video against kids that are as much as 3-years younger.
