Edits made: I cut the OST and choose specific parts of the song to go with the fight and edit so the transitions look smooth. Removing audio of parts when they don't talk and also make their voice audio louder so they can be heard.
Also it's in HD Blu-ray so there's that. I got the best quality for the footage I can get my youtuber hands on. - Hry

Fun fact: in the manga it says that he used up everything to the point where he abandoned all his senses and just slashed where he knew the swords were gonna clash

It's crazy how much of a difference this actually made with the actual scene. Gave me so many goosebumps watching, what sets this apart from everything other "You Say Run Goes with everything" that I've watched is how well you edited the actual ost to fit with the scene. Not just copy and pasting the actual soundtrack with the clip of the fight, like some poorly edited AMV. This is really well done.
Would absolutely love to see it have a season 2, but probably wont happen anytime soon

this fight was, is, and will remain one of the best animated fights out-there. the buildup, the tension, the dialogue, the animation. everything about this fight was perfect. it still gives me shivers all over every-time i watch it
Yeah, i thought the same. And the end of the anime made me curious about the 7 something tournament (forgot the name) so i ended up reading the LN, one of the better series i have read/watch. Hopping to watch a second season that at least include the tournament arc (the fights would be awesome).
this fight was is and will be one of the most mediocre fight scenes out there. meh animation, feels ultra low budget, buncha bullshit, and predictable outcome. wait i just described the whole anime.

Its called a power fantasy. Him being so beaten and starved adds to the fact he still won.
I could be wrong but I think they mean the anime didn't do as good a job as the source material in showing just how much torture he went through. Last couple episodes were sped through just a bit too much to properly show what they were doing to him and give us a real idea just how weak he was before this fight

On top of the fact his starved and mentally unstable beforehand is that people viewing this without context don't fully grasp his ability and how he altered it for this fight. Instead of 1 minute he further focuses his strength into a basic few seconds. What we view in animation is only a few seconds their time.
In truth I think he is a better MC than Deku and his bullshit deus ex machina bag of perks
this is got to be one of the earth shattering fights in anime. this is just so good. full of might, respect, and honor. I love this fight scene. it always gives me the chills.

Ikki concentrates his living energy into a single minute, meaning this one attack was 60x as powerful as his normal ittou Shura sword slashes.
And you also have to consider this was him with less than half his strength. Imagine if he had time to recover, eat, and rest.
Not one minute. That is how it appeared in the writing. In "reality", the moment he cried, "Itto Shura" to when he defeated her was only a few heartbeats in length. All his strength, speed, senses - everything condensed into one single motion.

Its his sword that does it, the sword provides him with a boost in all his physical stats as long as Ittou Shura is active the problem was it requires the user to actually learn how yo sword fight and so it was viewed has weak by everyone because it didnt allow him to control something like fire thunder or water

There wasn’t a lot of merch sales. If there’s low sales on the merch, then the companies won’t use thousands of dollars to make another season.
The manga was just a marketing plan to draw attention at the Light Novel, It reaches further than the anime, but let You understand that they don't really are interested in doing an adaptation (At least when the manga released)

Such an amazing fight. Not an overdrawn scene just two souls bringing the best they had. Ikki, at the cost of blood and soul, sharpened to the brink, not one minute. One pure moment, the blink of an eye. He sharpened his soul for that one fraction, proving that his blood sweat and tears were in that one powerful stroke. Damn amazing stuff.

I think that your edit is better then the original because, in the case for most fighting scenes, having a singer, singing, like in the original OST, doesn't make the fight more epic, it takes away from it.

After that, you'll want to buy the light novels (because the manga isn't as far as the light novels). It's....informative and depressing. Informative because it explains a bit behind the scene (some character thoughts and whatnot). Depressing because there are some even more epic fights happening but they have not, and likely will never be, animated.
