Apologies for the misspelling - yes I meant Steadicam. There are cheaper alternatives, such as a Hague MMC. But I did also mention a tripod first, which can be extremely cheap and still good - far better than hand-holding a camera to produce a video likely to be watched by thousands.

Damn, this would have been a great clip, but you appear to have been dancing with the camera :-)
In all seriousness though, a tripod or a steadycam would go a long way to making these look a lot more polished and watchable.
