- Filled up with 160 octane VP race fuel, a quick high power engine run in the morning before an afternoon practice flight. I will need to learn to process video to get rid of the darn dust spots.

I rode in that plane in November 1982 when Bob Love owned it. He flew me from Livermore to Stockton so we could watch a restored B-25 called the Esso Tiger fly around the patch for the first time. When we departed Stockton, he used the long runway
and flew right at the Air Nostalgia hangar where the crowd was waiting and the B-25 sat. He pulled up and wrapped the plane around the checkered water tower and I watched it disappear in short order.
For me this is the Voodoo Jr. Plane. We have a Hinton Jr. flying it and with many of the Voodoo DNA mixed in, I can't see why this is something other than Voodoo Jr. Good luck Team Bardahl.

Dust is the nemesis of the digital sensor. I have taken to staying with one lens- one body after cleaning, before each trip… still gets in there.

What is the race power rating of that thing ? I was lucky to see it in Reno this september.
Over 3,000 horsepower.
Does running an Engine on the ground experience the same load as running it at Race Altitude?
No

I knows I'm dating mself, but when was the name "Miss Bardahl" retired? There was a "Miss Bardahl" P51, a race boat, drag racers right?
Not sure, there were multiple Mustangs and a boat.
Is this the fastest plane racing for 2023 Unlimited?
