After many days of harvesting vegetables in the fields, today I went to the market to buy beef bones early to cook delicious hot pot at the farm with my two daughters. Beef bones contain a lot of colloids. It helps make joints healthier, and its high calcium content helps strengthen bones. Beef bones contain a lot of collagen, which helps prevent wrinkles and increases skin elasticity. In addition, this food is low in fat and high in protein, which can help you lose weight. That's why I cooked a huge pot of hot pot. There were additional vegetables and hotpot balls included, so my two daughters and I had a great meal.

It always blows my mind how much food this family makes for their meals. I have to assume they're feeding the off-screen crew as well, because that was a little more food than she normally makes for all the little kids and it was just the three of them.
Edit: Also, does anyone else want to see Huong do a long-cooked bone and gelatin broth like tonkotsu?
