@@jeremiahsoethe3543 a LOT of mocking up. I built the entire frame out of old boards and trimmed it till I got where I liked it. then I spent 8-10 hours creating and tweaking the 3d model before i was happy with it.

What thickness square tubing are you using? Looks good so far. Researching how to build one myself.
I’m using 1.5” square tubing with an 1/8in wall. If you wanted to save some weight you could use .100 wall but its good to have the extra strength
