    I tried your recipe after chilling cake become so hard and taste like a flour and I measured all the ingredients in my recipe.

      This happened when u add hot syrup in hot cake or anything either cake or rasmalai/milk is hot

    Amazingly described but I wish to ask can we make it a day before assemble it like you and eat it the next day. Will it stay okay or will the sponge/rasmalai will become too soggy...?

      Next day it will be more tastier, generally Rasmalai give more flavour if its 2-3 days old.
      Keep prepared glass or box in freeze and u can easily prepare 1-2 days in advance, tres leches cakes are always lil soggy bcoz we soak them in milk

      I purchased dairy whipping cream from Netherland’s supar market but if you are in india then can buy from local dairy shops

      @@shaifaligoyal actually I saw another video similar sponge with similar ingredients except that. So I'm curious if it could be left out. As, I wish to try your recipe but in a very small quantity and other video is just that.

      Cornflour is important in some of eggless recipe to give structure, its ur wish to follow mine or others but for my recipe cornflour is important

      @@sonambhatia9184 its difficult to say u need ti keep ur eye on ur oven after 15-20 min…as every oven is different so do check after 20 min
