Jason’s back, Welcome Meeko’s brother Remi the Pug, Miss Violet loves the big dogs

Straight into the field racing, Luna the Kelpie is back and wasting no time. Her a Joey are paddocks ahead of the bike. Kelpies are fast!
Maizey the Dashie doesn’t let her size stop her from running with the pack, she’s right in there and loving it.
Zac comes in hard across the field straight into Uncle Luke’s arms. Missed you too buddy!
Today we welcome Remi the Pug, brother to Meeko. Remi was a little shy to start, but by the end of the day he was settling in well.
It was drizzling with rain for most of the day, the bush walk was serene. We love a bush walk in the rain. Lots of great new smells when it rains.
The puppies were tucked away because of the rain until the afternoon.
In the pool, Freddo continued to practice his dock dives.
Barney and Bailey the Boxers are still working on their strokes and confidence in the water.
After the pool, we head out to the house yard and let the puppies out for a play. These two litters absolutely love being around the big dogs. Most especially Miss Violet. She loves them because they don’t handle her, they’re considerate of where she is too. She also loves Luke. We talk about how much we know at this point in terms of Miss Violet. We’ve only just received the information about her blood work which needed to be tested first before getting a referral to a specialist. Nothing in her bloods, so they like to take a spinal fluid sample for testing. That’s next. She can see just light and dark, not much more and her hearing is just up close.
But doesn’t she do well despite this. She’s so brave and doesn’t let anyone walk all over her, literally. She’s much calmer with the big dogs and in the arms of a human.
There’s lots of people cheering along Miss Violet, thank you to all for your positive support. She’s going to have an awesome life no matter what is discovered. We will all make sure of that 💜
