Tesco HAY ISNT BEDDING I’m glad this girl knows what she’s doing ❤️😂
One of my rabbits has a hutch and I'm not completely againsts it as long as they get to free range many hours a day and get love. After all, as long as your rabbit is happy it does not matter!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who keeps her rabbits in a hutch! 😊
i do to. i got the 6f rabbit hutch from pets at home. they love it!!! they also have a 10f by 2f run permanently on the front. rabbits are fine outside as long as you see them multiple times a day and keep them warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
i do! they come in for about 2 hours a day, since they dont need much cuz their babies :)
Omg, when you just grabbed the stuffed rabbit by the head i had to do a double-take, i thought it was a real rabbit at first! lol
To save a bit of money do you have farmers markets near you or horse feed places? You can get huge bales of hay for like 6 quid and it's often a lot nicer and tastier than the stuff from pet shops.
Millie's Pets I know of lots of farms but I’ve got nowhere to store big bales of hay like that😬
My bunny doesn't live in a hutch but I enjoyed watching your video! :)
Just a tip: instead of using bedding in all the cage, just use it in her litter box and then put fleece in the other parts😁
alexis skylar I’m not a fan of using fleece as bedding. Rosie chews it. I prefer using natural bedding.
To be honest , Rosie dose live outside and if it rains it will get the fleece wet, there for the rabbit will have wet bedding to sleep in . 🙂
Definitely not safe for ingestion - which could easily happen and cause impaction. Better off saving your money on the fleece AND the cover altogether.
Obviously this video was a year ago but I’d recommend Timothy hay, id also recommend putting something on the floor of the hutch. I use cardboard for my buns, it’s safe and helps their teeth:) also the hutch is a little small. Try placing a run on the outside for them to have an option to run around:)
Great video 😊 maybe add some Lino or newspaper on the floor helps the wooden floor not go rotten 🙂
Definitely need to do some more research.
This is such a wonderful video!❤🐰It's Definitely going to help people who are Mabye new to owning bun buns❤😊xx
Maisie's Pets Official Definitely. I really really really really really really want a bunny
If you have it in a hutch outside you need to make sure it has another rabbit with it or bring it inside
I do the exact thing as u do instead I don’t put hay on the floor it’s wooden bc he’s potty trained
I use ‘Carefresh Naturals’ in my bunnies litter trays as it’s much more absorbent then wood litter and I find it doesn’t stain the trays or hutches either, as for the dried poop that was in Rosie’s base of hutch, try using a wallpaper scraper, comes off like a DREAM! 👌🏼 Great video. x
I have a pet Rabbit this will come in useful thanks for the cleaning tips i will have to buy dustpan and brush i love your Rabbit so cute i named my Rabbit angel after fluttershy's Rabbit from my little pony
Where did you get your hutch from 👍🏻
Thank you so much for this video! It was very helpful! We just got a rabbit yesterday and I'm all new to it. I was wondering, how do you keep your rabbit save from foxes in the outdoors?
Hey no hate but your bunny need be able to do a 360 turn in there litter box and Corn litter box or tray you use won’t give your rabbit that 😃
Does Rosie live on your front garden!?
How often should you do this? Once a day?
I love your rabbit I have one his name is Carmel
I hate it when people say “rabbits CaNt live outside” it’s so freaking stupid. They live outdoors in the wild, so there you go, they can live outdoors perfectly fine
I order my hay off of online ( Chewy.com, but I am not sure if you have that website in the UK.
Yes!! I needed this video do you have any tips litter training and how long did it take her? Love you 💕
It didn't take Rosie very long to be litter trained although all rabbits are different- some take longer than others! With litter training- patience is key. It's best putting a litter tray where they usually do their business as they usually have a 'favourite corner' somewhere. Also, put old bedding/droppings in the litter tray so it has a familiar scent that encourages them to use the tray.
@@rabbitquartet9273 i dont have my rabbit neutered and she uses the litter tray, it takes about a week for them to get used to it.
Where is the Rabbit? How do you take her out? Any ideas?
I know this video is from a long time ago but I'd highly recommend not using a corner litter tray or one that's not very deep. Highly recommend a cats litter tray as it's bigger and deep enough for a rabbit to turn around in and not get litter everywhere
Is straw safe for Rabbits to eat?
Does anyone recommend any cleaning products?
m.molly i use gloves for my hamster so when i get a rabbit we will probably be using gloves for the rabbit
Don’t use that purple litter box thing
If u have two girl rabbits do they have to pe spayed
Yes female rabbit get cancer and both rabbits need to be spayed to have a happy bond
apple cider vinegar is the only thing I use and it's perfectl getting off those disgusting pee stains from the corner toilets that you have.
I don't think you need a cage
Do not give it plushies if it rips those open and eats it could die
uhm, Rosie passed away so Its disrespectful to criticise someone’s rabbit care that passed away.
The litter Box is not big enough but your videos are very helpful but I would just recommend buying a bigger litter box
Don't get a rabbit... I am sorry but hutch is not enough!
Ik this vid was posted a long time ago but Idk why no one's saying anything that hutch is so tiny and does not have enough space for bunnies.
take things out if you dont want to throw them away lol
Course you're in Northern 😂
Has she never heard of soap and water
Please don’t keep you’re rabbit in a hutch it is not enough space for them
Rosie has free roam of the garden, the hutch is only when she sleeps to keep her safe. And delete the comment you made as it can be seen as disrespectful as her rabbit passed away.
New owner of two mini Lop eared bunnies... Thanks for uploading this! 3 years on and it's still helping people out 🙌
