Rode my '20 street bob for literally 4 hours straight just yesterday. Saddlemen solo seat, and passenger pegs for alternative foot positions. 12 inch dominator ape hanger. 👍👍
I have a 2020 softail standard. I'm a shorter guy at 5'6". I went with bung kings 8inch with 2 inches of pullback risers along with thrashin supply mid bend bars. This set up with my saddlemen stepup is amazing for my height. Also got some 1fngr easy pull clutch with matching brake level. Such an easy pull.
You’ll love the road warrior. I have a 2020 street bob, 10 inch straight Bung king risers, dominator industries low MX bar, saddlemen step up, and the road warrior with a 15 inch screen. I’m 5’11” and it’s perfect. Very little to no buffeting and I can still see over it just fine. You’ll love any Memphis shades you get

Got my 2018 street bob 2 weeks ago, traded for 08 nightster Haven’t ridden much because of the freezing weather but so far I absolutely love the bike, So we’ll balanced and the Milwaukee 8 is a Gem of a motor! Although I loved my sporty there Is really no comparison between the two bikes. Looking forward to some long trips and warmth, keep em coming man 🤘🏼
I’ve got a Spruce 2020 Streetbob, stage 1, Hollywood bars, had it two years now and covered 25k. Rode from Uk 🇬🇧 to Naples last year and returned via Switzerland 🇨🇭………..bike performed effortlessly with zero issues.
Huge fan of my 2020 Street Bob. I’m also a fan of the Memphis shades del rey. I put the windshield on the lowest possible position so my head stays in clean wind while keeping the wind off my chest. Most of the time I prefer to run without a windshield and I don’t like the look of the headlight extension needed for the road warrior. Going with the thrashin supply pull back 6,5 riser with their high bend bars as well. Great content my friend. Keep it coming!
Hey Rick, that set up sounds great! I really like the thrashin supply riser/ high bend bar set up. That’s tempting me too 😂. I’ve never run a windshield before so I hope I like the road warrior, I definitely need it in the roads where i live. Guess I can take it off for shorter rides and what not. Thanks man!
Now with all this open space and open roads how do you plan your fuel stops? And what kind of fuel economy do you get? Is range anxiety a thing with a smallish tank on the street bob? Are you considering the 5 gallon slim conversion?
I have a 2019 Street Bob and I love it. It’s way too easy to get up to 85-90 on the highway with ease…I have to let off the throttle a bit. You don’t even have to twist the throttle that much to get up to that speed!
I have a similar build but I'm older and have a gut. I love the cruiser type sitting position but get a sore butt after a couple of hours, how is this? BTW, the "locals" are really cool out there - if you get stuck a 4WD of them will probably show up out of nowhere. (To non-Ausssies, I mean bush-dwelling Aborigines.)
Yeah Man, I put a tall clear windscreen on my bike, absolutely wonderful, after that I put a cup holder on as well, drinking my cappuccino behind a windscreen, nice and calm at speed...........YEAH!!!!!
