I filmed this video in my bedroom, which is close to a busy motorway, so I hope you don't mind the distant car sounds. I personally find it quite a soothing noise!

I have been struggling last night and today with my RLS. Like magic, I relaxed seeing your smile and following the movements of your hand and listening to your whispers. In just a few minutes I was asleep. I woke up about 90 minutes later and found the video ended, my laptop askew. Now I intend to close it and see if the magic holds and I go back to sleep. Thank you Shortie, I enjoy all of your channels, especially this one.

When I was an art student in Dundee I lived in an attic on Dock Street and I often woke up to frost on the inside of the windows, now that is when you ken it's truly Baltic. Great video, it is a privilege to fall asleep by you Shortie. I love the traffic white noise, I always found it comforting whenever I lived in a city...pedestrian crossings not so much.
