Ragi flour Idli

    Ingredients
    1cup Udid gundu
    1 cup rice
    1and 1/2 cup Ragi powder
    Salt as per taste
    Water 1cup
    Procedure
    Soak Udid gundu for 2 hrs and grind.
    Wash and dry rice and make coarse powder of it. Add the ragi flour and rice powder to the batter. Add salt as per taste and mix well. Keep it overnight to ferment.
    Steam it in idli containers.
    Ragi idli is ready to serve.
