- Cães da raça Buldogue Campeiro, com um ano de idade primeiro contato com o boi.
Sempre escutei que o Campeiro mesmo nunca tendo visto um boi carregava na genética uma certa ojeriza a estes animais.
Meus cães são criados na cidade. Nunca tinham visto um boi antes disso e realmente acho q mesmo sendo cães novos ambos com um ano de idade. acho que se fossem instigados partiriam pra cima.
Não o fiz !!!Porque tenho pra mim que mesmo sendo uma das características da raça o trabalho de boiadeiro o cão para tal pratica deve ou ter crescido nesse meio ou deve ser adestrado para o trabalho!!!

eles se dao melhor nas fazendas ou na cidade? tipo eles fazem bem a guarda urbana? pois um conhecido meu teve um fila na cidade e ele deixou um pouco a desejar e quando mudou pra sitio ele mudou

I agree Ed. Lovely dogs and I want one too. Very funny when the fawn red one makes an forward "attack" towards the bull under the stringfence, then quickly backs out again, looking to the white/ brindle one the right: "What the heck! Ain`t you joyning in???" There where 200 of this dogs in 2001, now there is about 2000. Don`t know if there are any breeders outside of Brazil. As I have understood they managed to save the breed going into the rural mountains and collecting dogs that decended directly from the old, often white, longlegged english bulldog, dogs after settlers from Great Britain. By far the "cleanest" tru old english bulldog out there, that aren`t just another recreation.

Indiferente ! desde que você os proporcione exercícios físicos diários . hoje um bom Buldogue custa na media de 2500 a 3000 reais .

My dogs are bred in the city . They had never seen a cow before that and really think even q being young dogs both a year old. I think if they would leave the instigation up.
I did not !!! Why do I have to me that even being one of the breed characteristics of the drover dog work for such practices should or have grown up in that environment or should be trained to work !!!

Aqui no canil nossa busca é pelo Campeiro descrito no padrão como cão de trabalho. Então todo nosso trabalho é focado na capacidade física e temperamento forte, nossos cães não aceitam visitas sem a nossa presença, tambem não aceitam cães de fora da matilha, principalmente do mesmo sexo.
