It hurts seeing the AB's weep. These are our brothers. Throughout this World Cup, I had no empathy for NH teams. Seeing their players gutted after their losses didn't even register. I simply celebrated the SH teams dominance in the group stages through to the semi's. The AB's though, just pierced my heart - everyone wrote them as well as our Bokke off except us Saffas. The margin was so close that we could have been on the losing end. Heart felt commiserations to the legendary All Blacks ❤. We will see you in 2027.
Well done to our boys, truly proud of them. My appreciation for the coaching staff could never sufficiently express my gratitude for what they've achieved for our country, and with it, the hope we need.

Marx was a big loss to the springboks side, then to lose Mbanambi so early clearly derailed the plans they had in place with that 7/1 split, considering they've had 3 very tough tight games in successive weekends ,it was fair going to go to the well yet again last night and do enough to get over the line. The A/B's side had the advantage of having an extra day's rest, and a relatively straightforward semi final win against Argentina. Those balanced out the man short issue brought to the kiwi's.

I'm so super proud of the Springboks, coming from so many top tough games. So kiwi pundits whining non stop about the Ref, 7-1 was a high risk, you need to understand that without Bongi the whole Springboks plan game got flushed into the toilet, yes All Blacks played with 14 players vs Springboks a team dismembered, their lineout didn't work, but the defence was solid, also the drop goals supposed to be done by Pollard, Springboks got to 14 players as well in crucial time, however somehow they kept their heads up and never gave up. RED Card because it was an upright shoulder tackle, the yellow Siya cuz he was bent , shoulder to shoulder then went up, and not such a strong impact in the head. Springboks have champ pedigree, that is why they got the victory.

SA had to come through two intense, hard fought one point victories to get to the final. They had a day's less rest. They then had the mental and physical pressure of knowing that last scrum HAD to be won, or NZ may well find an opening.
They stood firm, they win (again) by one point.
4 World Cups (they were not allowed to play in 2) and beating France, England and NZ within a month.
