I'm from Québec and i'm reading some comments under Pau Casals videos and I understand so much the feeling of Catalans when they talk about their culture or the independance... We are in the same position in the Canada... I wish you the liberty for your nation as much as for us.

Pau Casals i Defilló was his birth name & Pablo Casals was his stage name. His mother was Catalan born in Puerto Rico. Which technically does not make her Puerto Rican since her ancestry is not Puerto Rican. I am sure most of us here have commented because some how his music is of importance to us.
