      Thanks! We love it here!
      The bar has been working out so much better for us.

    Thanks for checking out some rigs for us! 😊

      Oh Hi! Good luck! 😆
      It’s so hard to make the final decision. At least you locked in on a specific floor plan and narrowed it down to two potentials. That’s huge! Now it’s down to the details 😳🤞

      Yes, thank you so much for your help and advice! We appreciate your time.

    Wow...crazy about the lug nuts. I've never seen that before. I love how you guys modify some things and have all the tools to do so. Super cool! Good luck in 2023!!

      Yea, I don’t know why anyone would use those lugs. Thanks!!! Looking forward to some adventures!

    Glad to see your in Florida. I am over near Tampa. I would love to see more about the grill installation, particularly the slide mechanism. Also would like to see more about the electrical upgrades.

      We will show off the kitchen once it’s done. We have some minor fine-tuning to do on it.
      I’m knee-deep in the electrical right now. Hopefully, I will get that done in the next two weeks. Nothing major likes solar. That will have to wait. Just some changes to make it more ‘user friendly.’

    Thanks for the catch up video. Sounds like it’s a good time for a fresh CZcams start. We were at Halloween Horror Nights and Universal for a couple days in October. Would have been cool to bump into you…maybe someday. 👍🏼❤️

      This is why I want to catch up on videos! Everyone thinks we are in the other side of the US 😂
      Darn! We probably passed each other! Maybe next time!

    I say this with all due respect, but I think lug nuts should be tightened in a star pattern...love the videos! cant wait to see more about FL

    • @HomeMeetsRoad
      @HomeMeetsRoad  Před rokem

      They are tightened in a star pattern. All I’m doing in the video is checking to see if they are good.

    • @HomeMeetsRoad
      @HomeMeetsRoad  Před rokem

      As a side note, you use a star pattern to ensure the wheel is seated right on the hub. Once you reach torque spec on all lugs, the wheel is seated, and checks can be done in clockwise or counterclockwise order. If you find a loose lug, you should loosen all and toque them again using a star pattern as you never know if the wheel changed position. That’s how I was taught.
      I should have mentioned in the video that all I was doing is checking them. 😆

      @@HomeMeetsRoad haha ok I didnt look close enough to see if it was a torque wrench...I see your upgrading the electrical very exciting..I came here during the old build an was always impressed by your electrical

      You have been here for awhile then! Yes, I’m knees deep in the electrical and plumbing. I wasn’t sure if anyone would be interested in those videos. When you are a small channel it’s hard to gauge. I hope to get most of it done in February. No solar yet. It’s not in the budget at the moment.

      @@HomeMeetsRoad When I was building my cargo trailer electrical youtube videos really inspired me.. I understand how hard it is to create content for the masses...I just refurbished a van to do a overnight build-out and I realized all the mechanical stuff might have been useful to someone...but its alot of work to get low views... If possible do a wrap up video once its done...are you still using that cool software? Kind of funny you buy the top of the line RV and your already replacing things...at least once its done you will have piece of mind...
