Epic performance, tracks from "Stream Of.." sounds killer and more relevant than ever. Imho, this band were kind of outsiders, not so appealing at first listening as other bands, intrincate and ferocious, so maybe people underrated them but Cryptic deserves all praise for setting their own pace (ha) at so early times, ahead of thousands bands. I cant stress enough how much people needs to deep listening Cryptic and put aside for a moment other well known bands. . This is a really nice sharing, thanks you x 100.. Watch them playing live is right the kokoro of an old fan like me. Thanks you again. Regards!

I saw CS at the Balboa Theater in Watts with Beowulf and Kyle's Dr. Know. After CS played everyone left the floor and went back up to their seats which pissed off ol' Kyle so he took his see through guitar and went home early. After the show I was being carried out by my homie. We passed a bar and some dude asked if I'd been shot and my homie said, no ay he's just drunk to which the dude runs in the bar shouting easy prey! We ran stumbled to my car parked in back and ran into LAPD. They asked if we knew where we were and my homeboy goes ya, Compton or someplace. LAPD scoldingly replied boy, you're in Watts, get your white ass home. Ha! That was the first and ever time we've been called white.
