Hey guys I just watched this and then fixed my machine. I uploaded a video so you can all watch. All you do is take the front cover off and clean the glass under the white roller with alcohol and a Q Tip. Stuff builds up over that bulb over time and makes it unable to transfer when that area is covered where the build up is. Watch the video it is so easy and be careful with the cords that connect the front buttons to the system inside. Your welcome and I hope I saved you all money before you trashed your machine!!!
I have the same problem only instead of vertical my lines come out horizontal and all the way down up until my machine fails and ceases to push the rest of the stencil paper out :( anyone can help?
Tried factory reset tried cleaning it and now the huge line has disappeared but instead half my tattoo design is missing as its not not printing where the huge purple line was
I’m having issues with like a 2 inch long area on the right side of my papers either completely blacked out, I just reset it(and cleaned it) and now the same area isn’t putting ANY stenciling now.
Try pulling the stencil paper as it’s coming out of the machine. You may get the opposite problem (over saturation). If so, get some tape and tap it over the design. It’ll drag the excess off :)
I just solved this problem with my exact machine. there is a white copy sensor and roller under the control panel with the stop and print button. be vary carful removing and moving the panel off it is connected with wires. you are going to need a thin strong stick to push out one of the tabs on the roller, I used my small pocket knife, please be careful not to cut yourself. My tab was to the left away from the gears. once you get the tab out gently grab it with your fingers and rotate it clockwise till it points up and you can lift most of the white roller out. it will not come all the way out but it should be out of the way enough for you to clean the copy sensor. mine seemed to have tape goo on it. I cleaned it simply with hand sanitizer and a paper towel but I'm sure a Q tip and sanitizer will work the same. then put everything back in place and voila. I hope this was helpful.
@@Danielavner ours at the shop was doing the same thing I honestly have no clue I think that means it's just getting old and needs replacing soon. That I unfortunately don't have an answer for.
@@Smilesloveshim It is an old machine and it happened suddenly all the page is black lines full of black lines I tried to clean the sensor and everything and it doesn’t help maybe the sensor is dying
the video i just watched on how to use this machine said to rip off the yellow paper before putting in the machine. you left it on, maybe try it without the yellow paper and see what happens
Prince Paul Miller we can see its not coming out of the machine. If you split it at firt and just put the stencil paper plus the "inked paper" and slide it in your machine you just stop a the lid and flip that yellow paper on top so you have to cut anything
for random lines, you have to restore settings. Step: press stop button for 3 secs, then you will hear a beep, release. Step 2: then press the mirror button until you hear beep then release, Step 3 : press the copy button till you hear beep and release. Thats it! :) I tried and so glad it worked!
@@TheLikeslemon Thank you!! I had taken mine apart, tried cleaning multiple times, still had streaks. I did this simple reset just like you said and now it works perfectly! It's so strange that it would be caused by something like that. We should all upvote so that people can find this easy fix if cleaning doesn't work for them.
your doing it wrong! first, take out the protective layer & rip off the yellow back (you should have only 2 pieces now; tracing top layer & carbon paper) Next..feed the stencil paper & leave a lil out...snap lid shut. Next, load your design in front slot. I recomend to copy your design on A4 so its just 1paper before you load it in...press "copy" & you should have a clean stencil! 👍
The stencil paper in mine gets stock in the black roll bar and gets eaten by it instead of pushing the paper all the way outside like it should do. Anybody else?
I just had that problem and messed with it for about an hour, and I found out that it works when you leave the yellow paper attached and flip the paper upside down so from top to bottom it goes white, blue, yellow
I have the same problem as well as the black trip of ink going all across (horizontal) and vertical up until the paper gets stuck and machine stops pushing the paper put and makes a weird noise. Did you find anything that works?

My machine has a hard time transferring the carbon to the actual stencil only bits of ink get on the actual thermal paper
