- Here are some updates on the air filter upgrade. I made some design changes so it can run a CS-400 or CS-450 filter.

Fantastic product from the looks of it👍🏻 have actually been using my ported 4910 less than I'd like simply due to the lackluster oem filter setup. Just ordered one yesterday! excited to get my 4910 breathing clean air and looking sweet!

Really impressive work, Alex! I can't wait to get mine. Cut some hickory and cherry with my 4910 today. Great little saw, but they skimped on the filter. Your design takes care of that issue. On a side note, I ran the new Duke's chain for the first time today and was very impressed. Seems to be a great value.

Great work, you really went after it. I’d been able to get the cs-400 elbow/filter holder to fit in my 501, so was just looking for the wedge, but that is amazing! 😎👍

VERY nice!! I caught some fines on my last filter cleanout because I forgot to grease the factory filter. This looks to be superior in every single way.

hey can you tell me if the air horn from the cs-400 (assuming i cut the long floor mount off) will bolt up to the 4910 carb? i have a cs-400 and 4910, so it would be better, convenient and cheaper to run the auto style on both. ebay has used horn and top for few bucks. thanks.
update: cs-400 air horn does work on my cs-490 and cs-4910. got used horn and cap for $12. run it topless in dry summer time conditions or dry wood. for damp/wet winter conditions, ill put mesh filter on and seal manifold with grease.
im a senior, between inflation and my mr. biden check times are tough. hopefully things will get better, this is a great product you have!
