We reached madinah on 1st shawal and were given a room on 3rd floor. We went to masjid e nabvi and came to the room late to sleep. But something kept biting us. On turning the light on we saw bedbugs on the white bedsheets. We took a video to show at reception. They were not bothered. They said they would change our room after 2pm. Till then we had no place to sit, relax or sleep. They did not refund our money for one night. Please DO NOT PLAN TO STAY THERE.
I would have to look for that .Rooms r ok. They were clean and proper.bathrooms were also clean with descent toiletry. It's a three star hotel. But nice to live in

What is difference between grand Plaza Madina and Grand Plaza Al bader. And distance is same. (google telling it's just 100 M from gate)
