The Shitpost King it is made by an Austrian Fire Vehicle company called Rosenbauer who specialise in this sort of design. It’s unique to say the least

Everett's Emergency Vids Rosenbauer are an Austrian company

It's not in any way unique. Buckinghamshire run similar Rosenbauer appliances but on the MAN chassis, and Staffordshire are currently taking delivery of eleven very similar to the Manchester two to run as first-away pumps.

the AT3 apparatus design looks pretty much the same everywhere. There are some possible differences, like the crew cab being part of the actual cab or integrated into the body system, minor design stuff like two options for the upper rear emergency lights, rear compartment door and message board options, design of the on-scene floodlights above the compartments etc, but apart from the chassis and some details, an AT3 looks pretty much the same in Austria, in the UK, Germany, Norway, ...
To be honest: in some places it's so spread out that they got boring years ago already
