Do you think there was any non surgical solutions you could have tried? I'm in the same boat but don't have money for surgery and I am going to an Endocrinologist in a couple months?

do you think you could have gone back lifting earlier? I need to get it done but the time off is the only thing stopping me - did you have lipo done as well? did the surgeon remove some or all of the gland? im told the latter is risk of cavity.
