Your AMA in January was incredibly impactful. Especially, for me,the Boundaries piece. It has taken me several decades to love myself enough to say no. As a massage therapist, I was seeing my last of 5 patients of that day and I was exhausted. After the massage he turned to me and said “Sasha, you are no good to me if you are not good to yourself….” What a wake up call . Now I am able to say No without guilt or discomfort. I say “ thank you for thinking of me, but no, I cannot do…..”. If the response is not supportive, I take a breath and say “. Mmmm let me give that some thought and I’ll get back to you” and then end the discussion. I admit that inside I giggle, but that’s probably because I hear my guides applauding me, and laughing. “She’s got it!” I can hear them say lol.
The energy shift between partners is so true. When I work on myself then my spouse also shifts. It happens without effort within the relationship- no conversations about issues for example. It’s bizarre and wonderful

Thank you Lee - just exactly what I needed to hear. I had major issues with weak boundaries and people pleasing as a result of my turbulent childhood which made me very insecure while growing up, but as a process of this beautiful awakening I'm so much aware of my behaviors and why I had behaved in the way I used too. Over the Xmas and New year period a lot of these issues I had from childhood have came up for me too look at again and, I'm glad with time the layers of these old traumas are being healed and allowing me to step into my own truth and become my greatest version. I have listened to the through several weeks ago and put it in my library to save. I listened this morning! WOW I heard you this time! At least 3 areas of dramatic change in my life energetically had whipped me all over the place and yesterday I felt so disconnected from my heart energy, shut down and it truly felt like hell, then a guiding voice suggested that this was "me" that I know clearly who I am. This helped to bring some clarity. But it was this morning when you talked about loosing the synchronicity because of something that needed to clear....I thought that is what happened to me! Cool, I'm living more in the higher resonance that I was aware of. The other important thing to clear was you speaking about pushing a project when everyone was not on board. This clearly pointed to what I was doing....trying to please everyone in the group, it has been like chasing cats! LOL Thank you so much, this is a permanent one in my library.

Ooooo! The question about impatience I really felt and the answer around making qualifications for life changing movement into huge shifts when in reality small shifts are what are often needed was eye opening. I’m writing my Psych dissertation right now and the focus has been greatly narrowed. This shift started me thinking my work wouldn’t be as revolutionary as my ego was proclaiming. Focusing more on how a small change can be what we need is helpful for me to get regrounded from my ego’s grandiosity to a more healthy (and possibly effective… and realistic) simplicity ♥️👏

wow Lee, I LOVE how ALL of these questions..were to some degree applicable to my life..without me even realizing it until I heard you answer the questions. the Last Q and A was a doozy!...Gold! Also re: channeling..and how prevalent it is...The more I hear you and KRYON..whom you also know..speak on this topic..the more clear it is that we all channel almost everything we do. We just tend to compartmentalize our expression to separate how we define it. I am a musician, a dancer, a cook, a poet, a healer..and in truth..ALL these talents come from and through me..AND are "channeled" through my being.. of the same GOD/Source that we all have access to..to whatever degree we can play with ALLOW and Accept these abilities to Flow through us. Woooooooooooow. The part where after an awakening, you need to 'unload' so a situation manifests that causes us grief for angst and in EXPERIENCING that, we unload. WOW. I'm so happy I watched this because that can be seen as a set back that will make some of us give up.

Thank you for bringing this kind of ask/given format to us all! I appreciated hearing you share about your business. Years ago in the early 2,000's witnessed how our energy fields can collectively shift and transform themselves around others who are open minded/hearted when working with a coach who had simultaneously began working on her personal evolution alongside growing her professional business. The internal shifts she created led to attracting a whole different sort of clientele, ones who desired deeper change and transformation versus just attending a seminar. It was powerful how this organically unfolded along the way, without any sense of push or force. She just began listening to the collective energy in the room, honored where it was leading her and allowed the space for change to occur. It opened my eyes and mind to experiencing ways our energy frequencies and vibrations easily interact with one another from a higher field of awareness. For many of us born in the 60's, who lived with empathic sensitivities during decades where the collective field felt dense or closed down, being able to sense a shift in consciousness around being open to embracing the information you offer has been a blessing of pure joy and appreciation to experience. What I call my normal isn't quite so abnormal or strange anymore these days, lol!

I like bringing my intuitive ability into channeling. This is what I did since a Child. Now as a almost an 80years old woman it is good to be reminded.

Thank you so much for taking the time to do AMA ☺️🙏 It’s interesting as I never really thought about it but I’ve been channeling for many many years but didn’t realise that is what I was doing until maybe a couple of years ago. It did start with journaling that did open me up and now years later I feel anytime I have a question, it’s answered straightaway and I can have long conversations with my angelic brothers and sisters where they give me insights on things I don’t understand, from people to physics. They have a way of explaining that makes more sense to me then textbooks, sometimes humans can be too ‘wordy’ and it can sometimes feel like a lot noise haha.
All these conversations can happen simultaneously as I am going about everyday life without meditation or special rituals. Like living in two dimensions at the same time. With that in mind, multidimensionality and learning to feel my body to stay grounded is one of my focuses for this year, more for better energy to rise on up and remember/connect with my true self and intentions ✨

About sychronicity........I experience when I am very grounded and ver present....right here right now.....in Balance...then I am in my Flow and everything comes so easy to me.
And I die let go the question " what I am doing WRONG?" Now it is " what's going in with me?". Because there is no right or wrong thing.....this would be duality.
And I love also to Hand stuff to my soul.
Then I get solutions I could never THINK about😃one time I said " I want to travel" my mind " you cannot travel right now because of corona". I asked my soul " what means traveling to you?" And my soul " culinary travel....Musical travel....literaly travel....."
I said WOW!!! I never did THINK about that😃😃so I did a culinary travel.....I love to cook. I did cook NEW different meals.......and it was a very sensual experience.
