I've quit playing terraria for 2 year's now but when I saw this video I started to play terraria again
instructions' unclear, I threw dynamite and messed it all up
When u throw dynamite accidentally js leave the world asap and it wont explode
not me bombing my brothers house 💀

Im 32 and just got into these pixel games after so many years of playing modern games that were just money grabbing greedy companies and after putting over 200hrs into stardew valley I decided to try out Terraria and its so much fun and I enjoy your helpful guides!

I feel like you might like minecraft but then again it had also been purchased by microsoft and felt kind of like its gone a bit downhill policy wise

@@RuthlessDarknes5 minecraft is still very fun regardless, i think new new updates are very neat. all the new "policies" meant goats don't drop meat, but meanwhile we got way more fun nether, caves, blocks, it's a fair trade. and there is always mods if you are dissatisfied them anyway, my personal favorites for newer version of MC are Ice & Fire, Twilight Forest and Quark.

I’d love to see a variation on this with houses for different biomes. Especially functional ones, that fit enough npc’s for pylons (I specifically mean starter - like houses, not full playthrough unlocked every material houses)

have you thought about continuing this series by making houses/bases throughout different stages of game progression? i think that would be really cool
The commitment to waiting for the grass to grow on the last house rather than just placing grass seeds. Keeping things as legitimate as possible, I respect it!
Lovely video! Usually I usually wait to get good materials before building nice things on my world, but these might help me make early nice looking NPC houses!

YES to a swamp build. I'd love to see your interpretation of the whole gradient from forest through swamp and marsh into a lake.

Start a new world to try out a new difficulty, try out a new class, or maybe a new challenge (like guns only)! There’s many different things in terraria to try, and so many other paths you could do down! Make a building world, try out a new class, or try to conquer Master world on a hardcore character! Dig, fight, and explore the ways of this 2d world that we all love.
i had the idiotic idea to run a fortheworthy world despite me never being able to beat classic, building there while fighting mobs is pretty cool!

i like boxes because nothing funnier then seeing amazing builds that look stunning and then my skyscraper built of wood and hope
I absolutely adore the underground one! Always had a love for subterranean builds that look engraved into the nature, especially a mountain or a cliff face, and this one absolutely does that style justice, especially for how easily buildable it is early on!
I'd love starter houses for each biome!

Fantastic tutorial! I love that the first house is a build you can do literally on Day 1, without excessive farming.
I really like the houses you built and how you deterred the functions of the house by possibly how far you are in the game
The first build for your first few minutes in the word, The second caved build for when you need NPC housing and storage. And the witch hut purely just for decor and to fill your world, when you're ahead of the game and just wanna mess around.

the new calamity blocks are also really good, especially the ashen blocks to make a great scal arena!

It really is insane how creative and amazing of a builder you are. This is straight up top tier art.
I can't belive it, I just started a new world literally today and even after I tried, my starter houses ended up looking terrible, then this video shows up on the exact same day. Perfect timing.
Since the "upgrade ur boxes" video i gotten even better in building, now im using a large celebrationMK10 world to use as my template to do exotic and big goodlooking houses trying everything, i even started using paint which I've never done, same as activators and wirings for some other things, and is super fun to try new mixes of paints and blocks
Specially brown paint on meteorite brick block, looks like soft sandstone with gold cover
i would absolutely love to see you do something in the everything seed. that seed's landscape is so unique im certain you'd be able to come up with something cool!
Khaios I built a massive world with a mushroom base inspired by your old buildy bunch base, a massive world tree based on the one from Norse mythology, and multiple castles. Build videos are what keeps me going

a swamp biome would be so awesome. i tried making one way back, but couldn't get it to look like a swamp and not a jungle. i'd like to see your take on it and might give it another attempt myself

Absolutely loved the underground house build definitely something id build in a playthrough
I like the looks of the underground house. Something I took a liking to in my most recent world are the leaf walls you can make at a living loom. They look great as shrubbery to make a forest, especially if you're building around some living wood trees, look more "dense". Give it some undergrowth. I find it nice to look at, which isn't something I usually say about my builds...

What an architect!
Looking at these amazing builds and then hearing Khaios talk about a swamp biome I immediately thought how cool it would be to see him play DST - or rather just build a base in there, even if just in freecrafting mode. After playing it for a while I realized how much of a structured, clear mind you need to make something decent out of it haha and I see those qualities tenfold as Khaios builds.

Maybe You Should Do A Building Challenge Where It Is The Opposite Of This Video, Where The Challenge Is To Make A Good Looking House With The Rareist And Most Expensive Block In The Game And NOTHING Else!

I love your build series videos, as is gives me some ideas on upgrading my simplistic starter homes. One idea that I would like to see is transform the crimson cave into a dungeon like system...maybe make it more like a castle or dungeon entrance with crimson theme dungeon like items along the way down, and a boss area/crimson farm area in the bottom. I would be interested in your take on it. (Also really interested in the swamp biome idea)

Swamp biome sounds easy on paper just mixing jungle with partial graveyard. Maybe a few extra fog machines for effect but seems doable.

I'd like to have some ideas on how to improve a common house design of mine. Currently I just stack two towers of shoeboxes and put platforms between them for crafting stations. I also tend to have a basement below ground for storage and a hellevator. Great video! Have a good one.

Any sort of custom biome sounds interesting. I'm a bit new, only been playing since the beginning of this summer, and I haven't even thought of something like that until you mentioned the swamp biome thing.

i've been wanting to build a grand castle in my current ranger calamity playthrough, but i just ended up making a temporary apartment complex because of the sheer amount of npcs to keep track of while i work everything else out. finally beat every pre-hm boss aside from wall of flesh, so now i can work on moving them out to level the apartments and build my castle

I would love to see your take on a good sci-fi housing experience. I've just finished my first run through of the game (In Master Mode, because I'm a masochist.), and now I'm focusing on building for fun. My big project is going to be a nice starship up in the space layer, but I haven't been able to make it look good yet...
Khaios is that one terraria youtuber that just makes me want to delete all my worlds and start fresh.
Love this particular style, so much more intricate, so much more creativity where everyone else will spam wooden box hotels.
