I haven't made it yet, but when i do I hope it tastes amazing
I made it recently. I would recommend not using as much sugar as the recipe calls for when it comes to the cheesecake itself. The mangoes itself have a lot of fruit glucose in them, so depending on your tastes I'd suggest using about half of the sugar recommended in the recipe. As it was, the cake turned out really nicely, but it was VERY sweet.

I just tried the McVitty digestive biscuits for the first time. They were underwhelming at best. Not horrible, really, but bland and dry. I wouldn't buy them again .

I tried the chocolate chip cookies and they were sooooo easy. Simplest cookie recipe I’ve ever used. You need to add a little bit more oil in my opinion but other than that it was absolutely PERFECT.

Min 1:54, I think you can pour it without having to buy the paper (or just to save the paper for other recipes), and cutting a hole in the middle when it's already baked. I don't think it'll look as smooth as in the video this way tho. Nice vid!

if you are not allergic to coconuts I suggest melting chocolates with coconut oil instead of butter. It comes out smoother and adds a better and healthier flavour.
For the chocolate chip cookies what type of oil do I use?
WD-40
You can use anything flavorless like vegetable oil.
