About the free jazz piano course:
This is what you'll get:
1. How to play outside over a Ballad. You'll get a play along track with bass/drums for this.
2. How to play pentatonic patterns that you can move outside. As shown in the CZcams video.
You will get sheet with exercises for this.
3. How to play outside using the "Babbling" effect.
Includes a summary.
4. "The moving objects." Only available in this mini course. We'll discuss how you can move elements or "objects" from inside to outside while you play jazz piano. This effect is used a lot by contemporary (and most) jazz pianists.
I will show you some patterns you can use for this.
5. The "Sneaking up the chords" principle. Only available in this mini course.
This principle is the most interesting principle in my opinion. You can use this over any medium or up-tempo jazz tunes.

How to Play Outside: • How To Play Outside Pa... - Hudba
This is the best video on playing outside I've seen, and I've watched quite a few! What's really helpful is that you show it in the context of an existing song rather than just in the vacuum.
Thank you. It’s been a while since that video was made. Glad it is helpful.

Hi Gjermund! Great lesson as always...
P.s. your brothers resemble you like beyond belief! lol
+Marco Pepe - Yes, I know! We're the BAHs. Haha
Are you triplets? You guys look identical. Very cool.
Can you do a tutorial on misty it was really beautiful
+Caleb wilson Maybe I will! Misty is still a favorite after all these years playing jazz piano
Really great videos!, what i get is that the first and second trick is moving halfstep up of the regular chord, and the third one (babbling) is playing randomly which end into a target note which is the component note of the chord. Correct me please if I'm wrong. Anyway i have a question though, for the first and second trick, can i move halfstep down instead of up? or may be moving wholestep up or down.
Thanks, Kevin. Yes, you can move down a half step too. This sounds different, but something I do whenever I'm tired of going up a half step ;)
Are they really your brothers or is that just you playing everything?
Dr Barry Harris says never play big chords in the left hand. That is why he thinks everybody teaching jazz today is wrong.
Don't tell me. Triplets?
