Well honestly I find myself in those situations often and I’m asking myself should I say anything. It simply depends on the situation and if your led to say something. Sometimes you may just have to say a quick prayer to dispatch angels to that person and keep it moving.

I have chronic I don't know if this will help you but a lot of times when I'm suffering from it I will put cotton in my ears especially when I'm going out and when it's windy out and it seems to help my symptoms of his coming on as usually coughing and wheezing breathing treatments help I'm going to check out the voice restore though cuz I definitely need that
