Giga has some similar head shape to the Indominus Rex. This reason was make sense enough to allow Lego to reused the Indominus head for the Giga. Not only about sharing DNA. Lol
It's not good for you because it's the same head piece as the Indominus rex. You just need a unique head piece for Giga. For me it's totally fine. I admit that they reused the indominus head it's a bit disappointed. But it's already accurate to the movie depiction.

I agree. That's right, Dr.Wu use Giganotosaurus DNA 🧬 to create Indominus Rex, however, not meaning LEGO need reuse the Indominus Rex's head to create the Giganotosaurus head ☹️. LEGO should be create a new head for Giganotosaurus 😑. If you want to know, Dan? My country, the Malaysia 🇲🇾 now sell the Strike'N'Roar Giganotosaurus, i so lucky as Malaysian because i the second person to have a Strike'N'Roar Giganotosaurus in my collection 😊. The reason Lego Giga doesn’t have a different head is either laziness or because what are you gonna do, Giga and Indominus’ heads are basically the same, the Indominus had Giga DNA in her head as well so it makes sense, I’m just annoyed by those tiny feet, the thighs and even legs of the Lego Giga don’t scale well with its specially bigger body.
