Any advice for bank fishing? I don't have a boat or Kayak yet so im stuck on land. I've been fishing the southern/middle banks around Buford Dam/Oakwood and haven't even gotten a bite. i just started fishing so i don't know much but I did look up good bass bait and lures so ive been using some green/blue Flukes and i've been trying a crankbait. I have caught several trees and brush underwater though lol.
Your best bet from the bank will be using a shaky head, magdraft, or fluke for the next two months! I would get on google earth and look for rocks and over visible structure and try to find a ramp or access point near it! Hope that helps tight lines!

How much weight do you put on the nails for the Niko?
Either 1/16 or 3/32! If I am fishing deeper than 30 I will step up to the 1/8 occasionally!
terrific vid, Brooks! Things are really starting to heat up shallow for sure. Like you said , you can catch them a number of ways. I got a couple of 4’s in back of pocket last thursday afternoon on shaky and wacky. 1 LM on magdraft. Even got 3 on top way back in pocket. It’s only getting better.
