Avoided these as didn't know how Home Bargains own beers would turn out. Will need to try.
David I would buy again as a fridge filler they aren't that bad, brewed at Love Lane 🍻
I remember higsons well...boddingtons took over Higsons ( who in turn were owned by Whitbread) they brewed an half decent bitter n mild in their day...good value those ales Mr B🍺👍

@@MrBsHomebrewsandBeerReviews Boddies took over OB ( oldham brewery) along with Higsons n shut that down as well late 80's..I uses to drink lots of OB bitter / Mild after away matches in the Saddleworth league..🍺👍

Good review maybe not my thing though to be honest... You know me. There not gonna beat your own Brown Ale to be honest... Whitbread Jesus I worked from them in early 90s. You even make these sound half decent... Home Bargains owned now I am sure...
