SCDF said in a tweet: As part of the rehearsal for this year's National Day celebrations, our PWS will be sounded Island-wide today. The "all clear" Signal will sound at 10:30am and 8.20pm. Sounding for about 20 seconds...DO NOT BE ALARMED - Hry
I visited this video again after today's 14th Feb 2024 Total Defence Day siren.
Also found this article about that time's All Clear siren for National Day.

There's 1 siren sounding at a lower pitch (G) than normal (A).
I wish I knew where the sirens are installed... cuz I wanna hear t at full blast😂

Do not be alarmed, you have just hear the sounding of the Public Warning System.
In celebration of NDP 2020, SCDF decided to sound the "All Clear" sound.
There are also 2 other sounds
Every 1st day of the month at 12pm, you will hear bell sounds. That is a monthly test by SCDF to check if the system is working.
